Elizabeth is a wise and very knowledgeable real estate agent. When we were casually looking to buy a townhouse a couple of years ago, she was the seller's real estate agent at one of the open houses we stopped in at. As first-time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions, and she was kind enough to answer them and we were very impressed with her knowledge and advice. This year, when we became more serious prospective buyers, she was the first real estate agent we contacted to represent us. We found the house we wanted to buy right away. Elizabeth was great at advising us on our offer and taking us through the buying process from the offer to closing. We were also very impressed with her negotiation skills. Elizabeth sells Pittsburgh! I first listed the condo for sale by the owner on Zillow and she found me. Instead of being pushy like many of the other agents who just wanted the listing, she showed that she is interested in me getting the condo sold and offered help, giving market and other helpful information. After dealing with some "potential" buyers who were not really wanting to buy, I signed with her. How can you tell if an agent is interested in getting the home sold? She goes through the home and looks for the little details that set the home apart, after all, you are the owner, you put your heart and soul into those little details and you want your home to be appreciated. She knows the neighborhood, knows the market, and knows how to sell. Her useful suggestions on how to deal with the buyer made the sale stick instead of letting the buyer walk. Thank you, Elizabeth!
